OverSite is considered "shareware", which means that you are allowed to use the application for evaluation purposes. If you find the application to be useful, then you are expected to register to continue using it. Registration is handled on a per-user basis. That means that you can download and use one or more copies of OverSite yourself. For example, you might want to use a Windows version on your PC and a separate OSX version on your Macintosh. As long as you are the user for both copies, one registration fee will cover both copies. However, if your home or organization has more than one OverSite user who use their own OverSite copies, a registration fee must be paid for each copy. (For information about quantity discounts, see below.)

Registration also entitles you to free minor upgrades. For example, if you've registered version 2.0, you are free to download and use subsequent versions 2.1, 2.2, etc. A new registration code will likely be required for future major upgrades (for example, version 3.0), but previous registrants will be able to purchase the new, upgrade registration code at a reduced price.

Please Note: The registration code you receive is your unique code, and is solely for your use (and the use of the other designated users in your organization, up to the number of seats purchased, in the case of a volume purchase). Please take care to ensure that no unauthorized users have access to your code. We reserve the right to revoke any codes being distributed in an unauthorized manner.

The cost of registration for OverSite is US$35.00. The form below allows you to register via PayPal. Users who wish not to use PayPal can use our standard credit card form. Once you register, you will be emailed your OverSite registration code. For this reason, it is important for you to enter your correct email address when registering. After registering, you'll receive an email containing your registration code within a few days. Enter that registration code, along with the email address you provided here, in your OverSite registration window.

In addition, registered users can use their registered email address to send a message to oversite at taubler dot com for support (note: in the email address listed above, please replace " at " with "@" and " dot " with "."... the address was listed that way to discourage spammers from harvesting our email address!) Attention Mac OS X users! Is OverSite refusing to run on your system? Well, you're not the only one. Unfortunately, Apple released a new version of Quicktime, version 7.0.4, which wreaked havoc for a number of applications including OverSite. Currently, OS X version 10.3.9 is the only version of OS X which, when combined with Quicktime version 7.0.4, suffers this issue. Fortunately, we've developed a fix. Just download qt-fix.jar. Place it in the same directory as your OverSite application, and just double-click it. Your problem should be solved!
